Every time they show one of the Real Housewives of New York or New Jersey out to eat, all I can think is, “If you’re making five figures per episode, why are you dining at a restaurant I’ve never heard of?”

Not to be a snob.

    Because their taste is obviously not refined. They are housewives, they care about shopping, not fine dining.

    Is ist worth watching “Real Housewives” in general? I’m always on the search for new reality shows, but I can justify watching them more if I can pretend I’m just watching them to improve my English :D Also, most of the German ones are just really bad, not even in a “so bad it’s funny” way…

    We don’t get “Real Housewives” here. Maybe they go to the unknown restaurants to avoid the crowds???
