I’m into lip balms. My dad was using Chapstick from the time I was born (the orange kind, of course, which they apparently don’t make anymore), so I grew up using his in an attempt to be him. And then of course I got hooked. Since about junior high, I haven’t gone a day without slathering something on my pucker, and some of the most terrifying times of my life have involved getting somewhere and realizing I don’t have any gloss with me. It’s an addiction, and it’s not one I totally hate.
Here are some of the wildest I’ve found. And, um, I’m not sure I’d actually use all of them. Although I do like the wasabi KitKat, so who knows.
And of course, who can forget:

Funny enough, I came across this article not 2 minutes after reading this post of yours:

So what’s your fave? I’m strictly a Burt’s Bees girl now. Remember Bonne Belle’s heyday? When they had the giant ones? And the tins that slid open?
Burt’s Bees here too!
We actually use to carry that donut lip balm!
I want to look and feel like a canadian!!
Corndog lip balm? That is LITERALLY a dream come true.
Knowing me, though, I’d get hungry and eat the whole thing, and can you imagine what that much wax does to your digestive system?
I really want that french fry one.
I love the Burt’s Bees lip balms too!
When I was in high school, I once did a little inventory of lip balms I had stashed in coat pockets, car, bedside drawer, bathroom, etc. — and I had 12 of them in at least some sort of semi-regular rotational use.
I’m no longer quite that bad. I keep five on hand: bed, bath, car, purse, work. Of these, three are classic Bonne Bell (vanilla, strawberry, Dr. Pepper), one is a tinted MAC one (Gentle Coral with SPF15), and one is Crazy Rumors (orange creamsicle — only because I haven’t found their DIVINE, DIVINE pink grapefruit flavor anywhere lately).
I used to be obsessed with Dr Pepper and 7up LipSmackers. And the sparkly BonneBells! Now I just slather on ungodly amounts of Aquaphor at night and use various moisturizing lipglosses during the day.
